Pet Policy
Cats and dogs are allowed with some breed restrictions on dogs. Residents are allowed a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Monthly pet rent is $25/month. No pet deposit is charged, there is a $500 peet fee for the 1st pet and an additional $200 for the 2nd pet.
